We provide quality service with the option of either a Full

Service Maintenance Agreement, or Time and Materials

Service. We use only authorized parts and materials. Our service

technicians go out of their way to ensure your equipment

is running when you need it.

 

The Full Service Maintenance Agreement

This agreement provides full parts and labor coverage for one year

terms, only consumable supplies (toner, developer, fabric guides,

and media) are not included. Both preventative maintenance and

repair service is provided under this plan resulting in maximum

equipment uptime and customer satisfaction.

 

Time and Materials Service Agreement

If you choose this option for repair you will receive the same quality service and the same quality parts from our Authorized Dealership. Charges consist of hourly rates for labor, travel time, and replacement parts.
